Information available on all aspects of cancer including diagnosis treatments as well as emotional, financial and practical support.
We will be able to signpost you in the right direction.
Welfare Rights
Links with the local Citizens Advice Bureau to provide you with practical and financial information and support enabling you to access entitlement to benefits.
A CAB outreach service is available at our offices
Training Opportunities
In association with Macmillan, we provide patients, carers and family members the opportunity to use their experiences to help others, re-enter the workforce and influence change on cancer services.
6 week Living with Cancer programmes – to develop self management of your illness and get more out of your life.
6 week Carer’s Programme – aims to help carers take more control of their situation.
We facilitate the Cancer Support Certificate, an OCN accredited course learning about communication, loss and bereavement, health, cancer awareness and an introduction to counselling.
